When it comes to doing a dog first aid course there are a few different options to choose from, and where some dog first aid courses cover, well, just emergency first aid, Animal Love's courses cover so much more from understanding the overall health of your dog to recognising signs and symptoms of pain or illness.
Animal Love Pet First Aid provide courses and training to teach people about emergency dog first aid but also the health and wellbeing of your pet. All of our training is written and delivered by veterinary surgeon Dr Sophie Bell with her many years of experience working as front line vet. With Dr Sophie you can learn not just emergency techniques but also preventative measures to help you try to avoid accidents or illness with you dog.
Lets take a look at some of the options available when it comes to choosing a course to learn about your dog....
Dog health and first aid virtual classroom courses from Animal Love cover the same great content and topics as the face to face courses the only difference being you take them from the comfort of your home via zoom. There is no need to travel, the course times are more flexible, and the sessions are recorded so you can go over all those useful hints and tips again. You will be sent an info pack and bandage for practicing before the course date. Once again you can fire plenty of questions you may have regarding your dogs health at Dr Sophie.
Animal Love provide several online courses which provide great training for people who are on the go or would just prefer to take a course in their own time at their own pace. You can log in and out of your online course as many times as you like and with a years access you have plenty of time to absorb the content (you can also ask for more time!). These courses pack a lot more information in as there is isn't the time limit of a classroom based course. Produced and presented by Dr Sophie, they are video based and narrated for easy learning and include downloadable notes and quizzes. Ongoing support is available while you do your course via messaging so you still get the opportutiny to ask lots of questions.
