Animal love Pet First Aid and the International Animal Care College have joined forces to be able to offer you a nationally recognised qualification in pet first aid.


This course can all be done remotely online

Part of the course involves taking the *online Canine Health and First Aid course from Animal Love and you will also need to complete coursework which involves building a portfolio of evidence of short practical's throughout training and some short answer assignments with a question workbook. There will be an additional 60 minute online video to review and a private Zoom session with Dr Sophie Bell to look at your practical work and discuss any questions.

Don't worry no scary exams!

Once you sign up through Animal Love you will be given access to the online Canine First Aid Course and emailed access to your online portfolio detailing what you will need to fulfil to gain your qualification.

Dr Sophie Bell will contact you shortly after registration.

This course is a great way to to meet new AAL licensing requirements for the higher standard as well as gaining access to certain professional bodies who require learners to hold a regulated qualification. You will be able to prove to pet owners and employers that you meet the national occupational standard.

*If you have already completed the online Canine Health & First aid course from Animal Love you will be able to fast track with a reduced cost.
